Wisdom Tree Communities began its journey in 2005 with the launch of a pilot programme designed to support children at risk of exclusion. Through a four-week workshop titled “Discovering Your Child’s Purpose”, parents and children engaged in vision-boarding and workbook activities. The results were transformative: • One child shared, “I looked forward to these sessions because I felt my mum really understood me. It would have encouraged me to follow my passion instead of someone else’s expectations.” – Val C From 2015 to 2019, Eliyo co-founded Cedar Tree Saturday School, supporting Year 8 to Year 11 students with personalised tuition. This initiative achieved remarkable success, with students improving their maths and English mock exam results by up to 90%.

Eliyo Ajiboye, the driving force behind Wisdom Tree Communities, is a Parent and Education Coach dedicated to helping parents build stronger communication and relationships with their children to enhance their educational success. With over 20 years of leadership experience across corporate, local government, and over 10 yrs experience in the education sector, she has honed her expertise in mentorship, training, consulting, and community engagement. Recently, she has successfully co-authored her first book, The Lens of Life - Collection of Insights, Reflections, and Life Experiences. This thought-provoking book offers a unique perspective on the challenges, triumphs, and transformative moments that shape lives. Her qualifications include: • AET Level 3 (Award in Education and Training, NOCN) • Understanding Autism Level 2 (NCFE) Growing up as a first-generation British child of West African parents in a single-parent household, Eliyo, experienced first-hand the challenges of navigating the UK education system without adequate parental guidance. Her mother relied solely on educators’ advice, leaving her unaware of her daughter’s struggles, particularly during exam periods. Comments like “she’s doing well” or “she’s a good girl” masked deeper issues, and Eliyo felt isolated and unsupported. This lived experience became the inspiration for Wisdom Tree Communities. Recognising the importance of parental advocacy, she works tirelessly to equip parents with the tools they need to understand, support, and champion their child’s education - ensuring no child feels overlooked or unsupported in achieving their academic potential.
